Please contact your insurance agent and inform them of these minimum requirements.
No higher than a $1,000.00 deductible on collision coverage.
No higher than a $1,000.00 deductible on comprehensive coverage.
Midwest Liberty FCU must be listed as loss payee on the policy.
Borrower cannot be excluded on the policy.
The collateral listed above must be shown as the insured vehicle.
